Sleep is the foundation of the CFKT health pyramid. How many hours before midnight did you sleep last night?
Hours = rounds
Minutes = reps
A: Snatch (7×3 slow build like 2 weeks ago)
B: Back Squat (10×2 OTM speed squats ~60%)
C: Metcon (Time)

One partner runs through one full round and then tags other partner in to run through one full round. Each partner ends up doing 4 rounds each. 12 min time cap.
