We have some important info for the month of September.
1) Remember there is no 6:30PM On-Ramp Class
2) There is no Saturday Class on the 14th. We will be attending the Morristown competition. Sign-up now (teams of 3 of the same gender)!
3) Saturday the 21st we will have a rowing seminar from 8-8:45 by our new Sarah! She rowed at UPenn and she is legit. This is a good time to clean up your rowing form and, in turn, ROW FASTER! Note that the Open gym will not begin until 8:45 AM.
4) Friday the 27th we will only be open during the morning hours, 6-10AM. We are hosting a throwdown for another CrossFit!
