Hey all you Ktown kids it’s about that time again. The time for camaraderie and sweat angels and mental toughness is upon us. It’s the CrossFit Games Open! The madness begins March 6th and lasts 5 weeks. Our gym will be continuing the tradition of making all of you perform the Open workouts. It will be the programmed WOD for one of our week days, most likely Fridays. We would love for everyone to officially sign-up and join our Affiliate, “CrossFit Ktown,” (duh) and our Team “Jackeroni and Cheese.” You can help this Team go to Regionals!
Each team can have as many people on it as we want. Each week the top 3 males and females of the team will score towards their team’s overall score. That means one week you may score for the team and the next week someone else could. All in all everyone goes to helping our Jackeroni and Cheese go to Regionals!
