All is right in the world because Barcelona once again beat Real Madrid. I know you guys were really wondering about the outcome after last night’s post.

So is everyone enjoying this week as a recovery week? If you hadn’t realized the squats were a little lighter, there were more “get work done” days and the MetCons, well were MetCons, but maybe a tad bit easier.
