Some cheats are worth it. Consider this one.

There’s a new Knoxville event coming up that’s near and dear to some of your fellow CrossFit Ktowners. While it flies in the face of some aspects of our shared existence (specifically, Paleo)…it makes up for it in other aspects. Keep reading.

Girl Scouts is proud to announce the first ever Cookies & Cocktails event in Knoxville. See the invitation below for all the info. Quick bullets are:

  • Friday, March 16. Make an evening of it downtown. Great Knoxville chefs making great food samples with Girl Scout cookies as an ingredient. Adult beverages. Enough said.
  • $50 a ticket at The site can be glitchy (apologies). If you run into problems, email Judith at I’ll take care of you.
  • No silent auction, no hard sell, no joke.

Here’s why this cheat is worth it:  The mission of Girl Scouts is to build girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place. These are ideals I think everyone at Crossfit Ktown understands and hopefully supports. So…think about it. If the cheat is worth it to you, buy a ticket. If it’s not, but the mission of Girl Scouts is, I’d welcome a chance to talk over water, plants and meat. I feel sure we have a way for you to engage in a meaningful way to help us help the girls we serve in our 46-county area.

You can also forward the invitation to people in your contacts and networks. We anticipate a sell out, so get your tickets now!

Thanks in advance from your fellow CFKT pal,
