It’s been a minute since we’ve posted a Paleo recipe. Rather than doing that I wanted to address a question we often get while during a Challenge, “What can I drink?” Here is a list off the top of my head on the subject:

  • Water
  • Black Coffee (Not in Excess)
  • Coconut Milk (Unsweetened)
  • Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
  • Coconut Water (Unsweetened)
  • Herbal Teas
  • Cucumber/Lemon/Lime Water
  • Soda Water
  • Paleo Margarita (Not in Excess – limit that sugar intake)
    2 Shots 100% Agave Tequila, Soda Water, 1 Lime

If you aren’t trying to lean out and you don’t have adverse effects to dairy then here are two other options.

  • Grass Fed Milk (Cruze Dairy Farms)
  • Goat Milk
