Warm-up: 5 each arm KB Snatches (50/35lbs), 10 KB Swings (50/35lbs), 5 each arm KB Overhead Walking Lunges (50/35lbs), 5 each arm 1-arm KB squats (50/35lbs) x2

Clean: 1RM

Squat: 5RM

Press: 5RM

MetCon – For Meters:
10 Rounds of 10 Seconds of Rowing (followed by 10 seconds rest)
