10 Squats (60% 1RM)
400m Sprint (AFAP)

I know our gym is very soccer oriented. We have several former players, flags from different clubs and national teams, and a soccer ball that sits in the gym. Just because we love soccer does not mean we discriminate against other sports!

With that being said, tomorrow evening the USA National Team plays Honduras in a World Cup Qualifier match. Whether you like soccer or not it is a game that definitely brings the world together. So support your NATION and watch it. Then you will have something to talk to us about later! :-D
