10 Sumo-Deadlift High Pulls (115/75lbs)
Finisher: 3×15 Knees-2-Elbows, 3×10 GHD Oblique Sit-Ups
Since this is the last week of Paleo and St. Patty’s Day, we wanted to list a few options of alcoholic beverages for the Paleo Wednesday post. These drinks are great whether you are staying in or going out tonight. Some of these are “more strict” Paleo than others…keep that in mind and don’t overdo it.
Screwdriver: 2 oz Vodka (CIROC – because it is distilled from grapes), 5 oz orange juice.
Directions: Pour Vodka and Orange Juice into shaker. Fill a Highball glass almost full of ice cubes, and dump ice into shaker. Shake well and pour drink.
NorCal Margarita: 1-2 shots of 100% agave tequila, squeeze of lime, salt on the glass, soda water.
No Name: Gin and soda water (can’t get any easier than that)
Strawberry Daiquiri: 2 oz light rum, ½ oz triple sec, 1 oz lime juice, 1 cup ice, 5 strawberries (or as many as you want)
Directions: Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend well at high speed. Pour.
A Nice Warm Drink (that’s really the name): 1 quart water, 3 orange spice tea bags, 1oz honey, 2 cups apple cider, 1 1/2 cups rum, cinnamon to taste, 3 teaspoons butter
That should be enough drinks to hold you over. You all know what’s Paleo and what is less Paleo, so be wise. Remember pictures are less than a week away.
