I did 4 rounds in 12 minutes + 3 BP. (Was I supposed to publish that here?) I am not sure if I was doing the mountain climber correctly though. Also, not sure about pigs on ice skates. I hope yall have had a great time at sectionals!
Congrats to Caleb and Brandon for their performances this weekend, and to Grant and Jessie for showing crossfitters from all over what high standards we hold here at Ktown. Way to represent guys!

ok..I am putting it down in writing. Since E and I will not be able to make our normal Monday Class we will be doing this Metcon this afternoon.
It is official, I have been bitten by the Crossfit Bug, though I refuse to admit this to Brandon. I am relatively proud to say that I have not let laziness over take me on vacation and actually did this work out. I managed 6 rounds + 5 Burpees (actually doing real push ups and not girly ones) in the sticky sand despite the confused looks and stares I received from on lookers on the beach
