So what is your post-MetCon pose? Is it hunched over sucking wind? Is it flat on your back trying to breathe or maybe it’s rolling around like a crazy person. I think I have been in every position at some point, probably all of them this weekend.
Since I am keeping this post short due to soreness, I will get right to the point and say the 5:30 class rocked today with 8 people. It was like being at Oktoberfest again with everyone cheering each other on and working hard in competition.
