MetCon – For Time:
500m Row
20 Hang Power Cleans (50% of clean)
25 Alternating DB Snatches (moderate weight)
30 Toes-to-bar

Dr. Brosnan has set up a Google Doc for Summer of Squats.  It will make keeping track of your cents and dollars all the easier.  Here is the link for the Doc.

It is very intuitive, but if you have questions please post to comments.  Jim might just have a post in the works on any additions he makes to improve usability.
