This one is for all you Paleo Challenge peeps.  We are always getting questions about Paleo sweeteners.  Like we say in the lecture, this is a CHALLENGE.  You can go without for 10 weeks.  When you are living Paleo the occasional sweetener is acceptable.  But it should never be a daily routine, and it does not have a place in your diet if you are doing the Challenge.  Keep at it, Ktown!
