-Personally, I think this MetCon is one of the hardest WODs there is in the CrossFit programming. The more you’re able to accomplish (in repetitions), the harder this workout becomes. I’ve been personally looking forward to doing this workout for some time now, and I’m really happy with how I performed under the circumstances. The only problem I have with this workout is the name, which I think we should change to, “The Sleeper.” My reasoning behind this is that I find it completely appropriate to take a 10-15 minute post workout nap on the floor…which some people did today (including me). However, it was good to get some CrossFit work done in Knoxville.
