Today’s MetCon was pretty pedestrian compared side by side to Monday’s. But as most of you know, Tuesday is easy MetCon day while we are doing the strength bias. Thank goodness, because Wednesday’s forecast is nasty.
Warm-up: 15 OHS (PVC), 10 sit-ups, 5 push-ups

12 Tuck Jumps
10 Walking Lunges
8 1-arm KB Snatches (50/20lbs)
Our July 4th Saturday morning workout went off like a Black Cat artillery shell. We called it “The British Are Coming” in honor of one of the forefathers of CrossFit, Paul Revere. Just kidding. But seriously. So we had five teams of two doing 10 rounds of 10 burpees, 10 sit-ups, and a farmers walk out the front door and in the back. Here’s the catch, while circumnavigating the building they had to announce, “The British are coming!” It was a grand ole time.
