-It really is true, the best things in life ARE free. Love, friendship, a perfect sunset, a hug just when you need one, 45 unbroken pull-ups…AHEM! I mean, uh, I don’t know how that last one slipped in. But yeah, 45 unbroken pull-ups would be a nice thing. Although some might argue that you have to “pay” for 45 unbroken pull-ups, the endurance to run a marathon, or the strength to get through the Filthy 50 prescribed, there’s no fiscal transfer that I can find! A special Coach CBo shout out to Paul Monroe on his efforts today. His biggest struggles in CrossFit are bodyweight movements. Today he did 81 knee burpees, and I couldn’t have been prouder of him as a friend and a trainer. This being said, the capacity that we, as CrossFitters, are obtaining is arguably one of the most valuable things in life. Our health, happiness, and confidence are all increasing exponentially (not to mention our speed, strength, stamina, coordination, agility, power, respiratory endurance, flexibility, balance, and accuracy) due to our work that we put in at the gym. These things will carry over into the longevity and quality of our life for years and years to come. Post other best free things in life to comments.
