Deadlift: 3 Reps @ 80% 1RM, 1 Rep @ 90% 1RM

MetCon – The Chief:
5 Rounds – AMRAP in 3 minutes
3 Power Cleans (135/95lbs)
6 Push-Ups
9 Air Squats
(1 minute rest between Rounds)
