Here's the 5:00PM crew getting some major work done.

As the previous pictures can attest, things have been shaping up nicely as of late at CrossFit Ktown.  We’ve had quite a few new faces drop in for a workout, and all of the old faces are starting to drip a lot of sweat during the MetCons.  It has been an exciting first month of business – I hope you all feel the same way.  It is hard to imagine we just opened our doors some thirty days ago.

We have a few fun things planned for the month of July, so keep your ears open.  Also, as we come upon your one month of working out with us, we want to sit down with you to discuss your time thus far at CFK.  If you haven’t got with one of us yet about scheduling an appointment, please do so the next time you’re in the gym.  It will be a short 10 minute meeting, and we’d like for you to have some criticism ready for us.

Beginning next week, we are going to start posting the WOD (Workout of the Day) on the blog in the evening.  This way none of you can wake up in the morning, view the day’s workout, and say, “No way I’m going in to CFK today!”  With the posting of the day’s workout, we’ll also be throwing up a few more pictures and even some video of that day’s suffering.  Keep an eye out for a picture of yourself, and when you see it make sure to email the blog post link to all your family, 7 friends, and 2 people you don’t really like.

Well, we’ve been lacking in the media content department lately, so here are some more much needed pictures of all you guys who work so hard at CrossFit Ktown.

Well that’s all for now.  Keep working hard during your MetCons – you just never know when someone will be snapping candids of you.

Hoping to see you in celluloid soon,
Coach G
