And so the CrossFit Games Open season of 2012 draws to a close tomorrow late morning. But we have something special in store for you, Ktown. We will continue something very similar to the current Open here at the gym.
We are going to release a workout in Wednesday evening’s blog post beginning next week and running all the way up to our Central East Region competition May 11-13th. Said workout will be performed at Ktown on Friday. So it will be a lot like the Open that we just finished, but there will be some unique differences as well.
Because we will have control over the workout, we will be better able to program the week’s strength and conditioning sessions. The coaches can also choose or create workouts that are very accessible to all Ktowners. This will give everyone the chance to continue competing against each other and themselves in a fun, supportive atmosphere. So be ready for 12.6 next week!
I wonder what 12.6 will be?
