Deadlift (275/185lb) – Run 400m
KB Swing (70/50lb) – Run 400m
OHS (115/75lb) – Run 400m
Burpees – Run 400m
Chest -2-Bar Pull-Ups – Run 400m
Box Jumps – Run 400m
DB Squat Clean (45/25lb) – Run 400m
