Hey all. I know we have had a ton of posts lately on the move. Well here’s another and it’s super important!!!

1) We will not, AT FIRST, have a water fountain so please bring water bottles to class.

2) Bring a water bottle to help with move it is supposed to be 106 degrees. Yeah.

3) We will not, AT FIRST, have showers so please plan accordingly. We are working as quickly as possible to get everything installed. Bear with us!

4) Next week is going to be VERY hot. I implore you to hydrate before you come to class and again after. I don’t mean with beer, coke, or coffee. That’s not hydrating.

5) Does anyone have an old couch they don’t want or are trying to get rid of?

If you didn’t retest your back squat today, find a time tomorrow or Friday to get it done. No new summer of squat points will be awarded until then,

    This post is like “we are a family”, “we are a family”, “we are a family”, “NO POINTS FOR YOU!”. Still, as always, good advice from the Gym Mom. I understand sand makes a good ablusive.

    But if beer is 5% alcohol doesn’t that mean it’s 95% water? So I’m still hydrating right? :D
