Hey everybody! We have a few announcements for you tonight. All are very important, so pay attention and try not to lose interest while reading.
1) Sectional workouts can be completed tomorrow. The WOD needs to be done in the evening classes unless you have already notified a coach for a different time. Because Saturday (our other normal day for Sectional WODs) is the climbing trip we will open up workouts for Friday as well. Let us know if one of these days absolutely doesn’t work for you. We will try to be accommodating.
2) Speaking of climbing, we have discovered that Saturday is a “clean-up” day at LRC. That means we must clean for about an hour or so before being able to climb. No worries, we will still get tons of climbing in and we can exercise being good volunteers. Please make sure to have your climbing shoes in order and fill out the LRC waiver. You can check back to other climbing trip posts for the link to the waiver. Also, meet at the gym at 9AM in hopes of leaving VERY shortly after.
3) Tomorrow is St. Patrick’s Day! Woohoo! That means if you are of age then after the evening workouts we will give you a beer to celebrate. If you don’t like beer you don’t have to drink it, and I can’t promise that it will be good beer. So don’t get your hopes up. By the way, we don’t recommend normally recovering this way. Clearly, the WOD tomorrow isn’t all that difficult.
