Memorial Day workout!


Bench press: 6-5-4-3-2-1

MetCon – Death by Pull-ups:
1 the 1st minute
2 the 2nd minute
3 the 3rd minute
… until you can’t get the prescribed work done in that minute

Finisher: 500m row sprint

Again, the gym will be closed on Friday and Saturday.

BUT ONE ADDENDUM: The Thursday 6:30PM class will be an open gym hour because Mark will be the only coach available and he will be doing the On Ramp at that time.  Feel free to come in and perform the workout, just understand you will not have a coach’s eyes on you.

No Olympic lifting class Thursday evening.
