C2): Upside Down KB Press (3×10 ea arm)

D): Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

EMOM 10:

odds – 12/16/20 lateral KB swings

evens – 12/16/20 ski KB swings

Choose a weight one step lighter than your normal KB swing weight. Choose a rep range you can keep for all 10 min.
