Fx scale to alt. DB snatches warming up to working weight

D): Isabel (Time)

For Time: 30 Snatches, 135# / 95#
65% of best snatch is a good scale weight.

Fx scale to 60 alt. DB snatches @ 35/25lbs

E): Metcon (No Measure)

Spend 10 minutes cooling down with some slow biking or rowing followed by stretching. Take care of your stuff!
