Push Press: 3 x 3
MetCon – Death by Pull-ups:
Do 1 chest-to-bar pull-up on minute 1, 2 pull-ups on minute 2, 3 on 3, etc.
Go until failure (correct number of pull-ups cannot be completed in given time frame)
Finisher: 2 minute L-hang
Up above you will see a picture of last Saturday’s FREE MetCon. Sounds fun doesn’t it? It was a blast to coach it, and I’m sure the participants had a great time. With last Saturday being the first UT football game, we thought CrossFit Ktown should honor it with some football props. We had a smaller than usual turnout, but plenty of hard work! If you have never been to a Saturday workout, I am cordially inviting you to join in on the fun and bring some friends. See you Saturday at 10 AM (or tomorrow)!
