MetCon – Modified Filthy Fifty:
50 Box Jumps (24/20”)
50 Jumping Pull-Ups
50 KB Swings (35/25lbs)
50 Lunges
50 Knees-to-Elbows
50 Push Press (45/25lbs)
50 Good Mornings (45/25lbs)
50 Thrusters (45/25lbs)
50 Burpees
50 Double-Unders

I would love to make an insightful post tonight that fulfills your wildest dreams on what a CrossFit Ktown post “should be.” Coach G has done so many of those lately I feel I need to contribute, but alas, I am pooped. I bet most of you are lacking the energy (from the MetCon today) to read a long winded post anyway. Thinking that makes me feel less bad, even if it isn’t true. So instead I will wish a belated birthday to Coach Mark Lane and sometimes CrossFit Coach, always Gymnastics Coach, Crissy Cannon! If you have had a birthday in the past month we wish you happiness as well!

    Braers, maybe because you didn’t watch multiple classes do Filthy Fifty. On that occasion, even you might have lacked the energy.
