Tomorrow will be back to normal

As of tomorrow we’re back into the normal swing of things guys. Here’s one more workout you can do at your house.

Warm-Up: 10 Glute Bridges w/ each leg, 5 Planche Push Ups (with hands facing hips), 15 Walking Lunges x’s 2

MetCon – AMRAP in 8 minutes:

15 Sit Ups

15 Broad Jumps

    Dont know if this will work or is the best place, but can somebody change the board by my name to 115 on the snatch? Kinda silly maybe but it says 125 but I don’t think I stuck that, it would make me feel better and be appreciated. thanks
