I knew people would take notice and give props to the man for his foresight.

Well the saturated hemoglobin didn’t help me kill the metcon like Big Ben with his unbroken KB swings. Awesome job Ben, I knew something was going on down there when I heard you grunting. I was trying my best to keep up with Blake who was also setting a blistering pace.

I’m so glad this came on my rest day :)

James you are too kind, but what you failed to mention is the fact that while some of us 3-Dayers are recovering in between workouts, James is out on the pitch perfecting his Rugby game. I vote we have another Crossfit Ktown field trip to a Possums Home Match.

I’m in agreement with Ben…as long as it doesn’t fall on sectionals weekend. :-) Btw, wish the face in the picture showed up a little better.

Next Saturday Feb. 27 the possums battle in-state rival Chattanooga at Possum Park at 1pm. Mark your calendars now for a day full of Rise Up spin moves.
