Sleep is the foundation of the CFKT health pyramid. How many hours before midnight did you sleep last night?

Hours = rounds

Minutes = reps

FX A: Deadlift (3×3)

SP A: Clean and Jerk (2+1RM)

B: Push Press (3×3)

C: Metcon (Time)

For time (Mental Anguish):

200m row

10 Dball cleans

10 Dball squats

100m Dball carry (down and back twice)

GUT: Metcon (Distance)

Suitcase carry as far as possible in 5 min – go heavy! May walk laps inside gym with one lap being 100m.
