After each set perform 8 HAP Russian KBS + 3 broad jumps landing in half squat.

SP A: Snatch (2-2-2-2-2)

B: Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

As many meters as possible in 30 seconds:

1 – Light sled push

Walk rest 2 min

2 – HAP Dball carry

Walk rest 3 min

3 – HAP farmer’s carry

Walk rest 3 min

4 – AB calories

Score meters/calories each round. Meters on floor in 5m chunks.

XTRA: Metcon (Time)

10 min cool down of light rowing or bike + stretching.
