Grab a friend or family member(s) as well as a deck of cards. Shuffle.
Diamonds: V-up or sit-up
Spades: Tuck jump or air squat
Take turns flipping a card over. Perform the movement corresponding to the card’s suit. Number of reps dictated by the number on the card. Face cards are 10. Ace can be 1 or 15!
How to scale? You can easily scale by doing a half deck or taking turns where only whoever draws the card performs the work.
