Skill Work: Turkish Get-ups

MetCon – AMRAP in 6 minutes:
8 Kettlebell Swings (50/35lbs)
6 Push Presses w/ Kettlebell (3 each arm)
4 Burpees

I guarantee these girls look good in their bikinis – especially with the concerted effort they have been applying to every workout.  It’s funny how forging elite fitness and chasing performance will affect so many other things in our lives.  I guess we’ll keep on working hard during our workouts and with our diets, only good will come of it.

    It was really fun today to workout with a bunch of ladies, especially Emily (It being her first CrossFit workout and all). And I know my bikini will thank me for this workout later on!

    I’m sure these ladies look great in their bikinis but what about us fellas? Last time I wore my leopard print speedoes to the pool all the babes were screaming. But for some reason they were all running away. =o)
