MetCon – AMRAP in 6 minutes:
8 Kettlebell Swings (50/35lbs)
6 Push Presses w/ Kettlebell (3 each arm)
I guarantee these girls look good in their bikinis – especially with the concerted effort they have been applying to every workout. It’s funny how forging elite fitness and chasing performance will affect so many other things in our lives. I guess we’ll keep on working hard during our workouts and with our diets, only good will come of it.
