Warm-up: 2 Rounds – 10 Halos, 10 OHS, 10 Swings, 10 Good Mornings, 10 Pumps

Deadlift: Build to heavy set of 3

MetCon – For Time:
1 min Burpees
1 min Rest
1 min KBS (50/35lbs)
1 min Rest
Repeat until accumulated 100 reps of burpees and 100 reps of KB swings

    I only caught the last 2 days of the week, but I have great sympathy for those who were there any of the other days. Still, days like yesterday and today were why I was attracted to CF…and CFKT!
