Don’t forget we are going to be having a fun workout on Friday at 5:30pm…the WEDDING WOD! Remember to wear an old wedding/bridesmaid dress/suit (for the fellas). I’ve looked over the MetCon and ladies you won’t be rolling around on the ground in dresses so don’t fret! Lastly, this is a celebration of all the marriages and engagements happening at Ktown.
