Warm-up: Joint Mobility, Kipping Pull-Up Practice

1a) Pull-Ups: Max Strict + Max Kipping Pull-Ups (-3) x 5 – Rest 60s

1b) Heavy KB Press: 5×6 – Rest 60s

MetCon – For Slowest Time:
4 – 500m Row Sprints

Don’t forget we are going to be having a fun workout on Friday at 5:30pm…the WEDDING WOD! Remember to wear an old wedding/bridesmaid dress/suit (for the fellas). I’ve looked over the MetCon and ladies you won’t be rolling around on the ground in dresses so don’t fret! Lastly, this is a celebration of all the marriages and engagements happening at Ktown. Please come celebrate with us!
