For./Back. Bends x 10

Leg Swings (both ways) x 10

Boot Strappers x 10

Normal/Wide/Close Squats x 10

Hindu Push-Ups x 10

Table Makers x 10

B): Metcon (No Measure)

10 min w/ LAX ball into QL, glutes, low quad, pec, armpit, and posterior shoulder

Then…warm-up the deadlift properly after getting all loosey goosey on the LAX ball.

C): Metcon (Time)

7RFT (competition):

7 deadlifts 225/155lbs

15 T2B
