B1: Single Arm Ring Row (3×3 tough but perfect)
B2: Standing DB Arnold Press (3×8)
C: Tailpipe (Mental Anguish) (Time)
Other partner holds a double KB front rack (2×53/35lbs)
Partner may not row until KBs are in front rack.
Each partner ends up rowing 3x250m.
