Perform each variation w/ both R&L arms as well as the splits w/ both R&L leg forward.
Challenge yourself today by catching slightly lower with the heavier weights.

B: Back Squat (3 sets of 5 @ 23X3 – compare to 10/22/18)

C: Metcon (6 Rounds for calories)

Every 2 min for 6 sets:

15 sec all out row

XTRA: Metcon (No Measure)

Spend 10 min cooling down with a walk or slow row and then 10 min stretching with emphasis on hips and legs.
