A): Lynne (AMRAP – Reps)
5 Rounds for Max Reps of:
Bodyweight Bench Press
– Pull-ups must be performed strict. If athlete would get 10+ on a strict set, perform strict C2B. Athlete may perform holds, negatives, weighted negatives, or tough ring rows – no banded pull-ups.
– Rest ~30 sec after bench, 2-3 min after pull-ups.
– Bench press scale should allow for 5+ reps each set.
B): Assault Bike 50 cal (Time)
Perform 50 cal for time on the AB
