Male/female partner groups, partners must perform same movement (i.e. not a snatch vs DB snatch)

Working at the same time, each partner complete 25 reps of each movement in a 3:00 minute cap. After 25 reps, it becomes an amrap to beat your partner til end of the 3:00 min cap.

-neither partner makes 25: both run 400m

-one partner gets >25, other partner gets 25, but same #, both run 200m
