Warm-up: Foam Roll T-Spine (1 minute), 100 Jump Ropes, Pigs on Ice Skates (20m), 10 Y’s/T’s/W’s, Rotator Cuff Stretch (30 seconds each), 100 Jump Ropes

Snatch: 1RM (30 minutes time cap)

MetCon – ½ Tabata FML:
Front Squats (135/95lbs)
Double-Unders
Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25lb plate)
Push-Ups

It was great to see all of you again after Christmas. Well, not all of you, but some. So many people are still traveling from the holidays, recovering from the sugar coma, or not back yet from the school break. A big shout out goes to everyone who broke their old snatch PR! I was highly impressed with a lot of the fellas tonight as well as several ladies. Keep working on that technique and you will see your snatch numbers go up, up, up.

Just a recap of hours… Tomorrow = Regular hours
Friday = No evening classes (all others normally scheduled)
Saturday = No FREE class

***January 1st we will be reintroducing the 3:30pm class, but only on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
