What’s sleeps, Precious?

Sleep deprived, obvi.

Warm-up: 2 Rounds – 30 1-arm KB Snatches (35/2-lbs), 15 Goblet Squats (35/20lbs), 15s Deadhang; 20 Dislocates, Lat Stretch, Tricep Stretch

Box Squat: 10×2 @ 60% 1RM Back Squat

MetCon – AMRAP 5 min:
Deck Squat Jump Burpees

Finisher: 2k Row @ 75%

Sleep is important, get more.  That’s a no-brainer.  But even though this might be the most commonly accepted tidbit of knowledge we (and everyone else) give out, it is most definitely the least likely to be adhered to.  Let’s strive to get a bit more sleep this year.  Here’s a helpful post from Robb Wolf’s blog about sleep and ways to hack it to get the most out of your snooze time.
