Push Press: 1-1-1-1-1 (110% of 1RM Press)

MetCon – 3 Rounds for Time:
25 Wall Balls (20/12lbs) (Must be unbroken)
25 Push-Ups
25 Double-Unders

I don’t want to ruin the surprise for several of you so I’ll say this…a lot of work got done at the gym today. I’ll leave you guessing with that. Also, everyone needs to go to the CrossFit Ktown Facebook account and look at the bazillion, yes that’s right… bazillion, pictures I put up today. There is also one pretty funny video of Doug and Taylor. Then again what video of them isn’t funny?
