MetCon – For Time:

50 Sit-ups

40 Push-ups

30 Air Squats

20m Walking Lunges (left leg only)

20m Walking Lunges (right leg only)

Finisher: Find something tight and stretch it. You can stop after you can’t find anything else that is tight.
